This house is based on the concept New Design in first class passive house construction. The extravagant appearance of the façade and the roofed over terrace make it a real masterpiece in modern design. This house is a new home in all respects from the basement up to the roof.

Note: For exact calculations of your passive house we must have more data than simply our construction data. We must know exactly the conditions of your building site, northern or southern orientation of the house, the wind direction and many factors more. Therefore the floor plans for our passive houses are more or less symbolic.
