A positive asset of VARIO-HAUS is the fact that we have dealt with the important topic energy efficiency for decades and constructed our houses to the state-of-the art standards of energy efficiency. The development of passive houses and the concept climate passive is the result of this long term effort.

Note: For exact calculations of your passive house we must have more data than simply our construction data. We must know exactly the conditions of your building site, northern or southern orientation of the house, the wind direction and many factors more. Therefore the floor plans for our passive houses are more or less symbolic. The depicted houses below are only a digest of our climate passive house program.
