Scope of delivery and building specifications
 
The members of the Austrian Association of Prefabricated Houses have agreed on extensive definitions of the minimum scope of delivery of prefabricated houses.
 
Prefabricated houses are buildings that begin from the top edge of the ferro-concrete foundation or the ceiling of the basement. They will be offered in three construction stages.
 

1. "Bare-bone house" prefabricated house (finished on the outside, inside ready for completion) as described in the scope of delivery
   
   
2. "Flooring and electrical, sanitary and heating installations" prefabricated house (finished on the outside, inside with flooring and electrical, sanitary and heating installations) as described in the scope of delivery
   
   
3. "Turnkey" prefabricated house (finished on the outside, inside with flooring and electrical, sanitary and heating installations, doors, flooring, bathroom, toilet, tiling and painting) as described in the scope of delivery
   
   

All deliveries and services that are not included in the respective construction stage can be individually ordered. For example for the bare-bone house version heating and concrete screed can be ordered separately, possibly also a number of so called "material packages additionally.
 
Already in the VARIO-HAUS "bare-bone house" version stair cases made of sealed timber are included in the price.
 
All quotations of deliveries and prices always refer to the construction stage beginning from the top edge of the ferro-concrete foundation or the ceiling of the basement. The erection of foundations or basements can be offered additionally at separate costs. (See site foundations and basements).
 
Brickwork for chimneys or prefabricated chimneys takes an exceptional position with prefabricated houses. They are not included in the price but can be ordered separately or in combination with a ferro-concrete foundation base or a basement.
