Our highly competent and trained service personnel know a lot about life and of course building a house. One person is directly responsible for your project. He or she looks after you right from the first consultation up the end when your house is completed and even after you have moved in. Your personal contact person is in fact your personal site manager. He or she helps with the design of the floor plans, is firm on any questions concerning the design of your home and takes full responsibility as far as all construction plans and the timing is concerned.
Questions about heating systems, technical installations and equipment, government grants, energy saving and construction details are dealt with competently and thoroughly.
Let us do the job as general contractor
If you wish, we will be glad to do the job as general contractor und erect a turn-key home, from the basement to the roof including a conservatory or a biotope in the garden. By request we also install solar collectors or even a photovoltaic systems, shades or radio-controlled systems. And our specialists can even construct a vault as a wine cellar.
For each building project your own site manager
The personal site manager accompanies the house building party during all stages of the construction. This also includes a thorough check of the site. Our in-house personnel is responsible for keeping to the timing and for all necessary adjustments. A further specialist in the design centre at the plant cares for the interior decoration and all fittings for your new home. These services are all inclusive.
Support in finding the right plot of land and the right financing
We offer you our full support in finding the right building site for you. We just have to know exactly where and how you wish to build your new home. This also applies to all questions of financing your building project. Our consultants gladly inform you about the various possibilities. Only at your special request they offer financing solutions together with our financing partners.
Choose from quite a number of extras
Once you have decided to invest into a new home and have chosen the kind of house type, the greater part of the job has been done. You know precisely what the new home is going to look like. Now you can consider what kind of extras VARIO-HAUS can offer you. Extras you have always thought of or wished for are exhibited in our design centre.
Modern forms of energy
We can also show you how to save heating costs and at the same time protect the environment. As VARIO-HAUS primarily builds low energy or passive houses we can offer you a number of different wall constructions. Whichever heating system you plan to install VARIO-HAUS has the experts for the best energy concept for your home. Especially when modern energy forms are concerned: For example heat pumps, biomass, pellet furnaces, solar collectors or photovoltaic systems for power generation. Last but not least: centrally controlled heat-recovery ventilation.
The design centre – a special service
Visiting the design centre at the plant in Wiener Neustadt our customers can choose from the exhibited interior decorations and fittings as well as all technical equipment. Wooden truss ceilings, windows, doors, colours and forms of the roof tiles, sanitary equipment, floor tiles, carpets, wooden floors, laminates, stair cases with banisters made of timber, heating systems and a central vacuum cleaning system.
