1. Show us your ideas, wishes and dreams by means of photographs, drafts, sketches or plans of your building site and discuss these with the VARIO-HAUS consultant. At the show house or at your home.
   
   
2. Our consultant will then make with you and your family an extensive analysis of needs. This will certainly take some time, as many points have to gone through thoroughly. For example the personal needs of every member of the family, the future needs in about seven to ten years, ideas for the interior of the new home and what it should look like. Furthermore possible floor plans, your local building regulations and financing will be discussed.
   
   
3. The generally agreed analysis of needs will then be the basis for detailed plans – floor plans and illustrations – for your new home. A fixed price offer and the energy pass will also be handed over to you. All free of costs.
   
   
4. Once the offer including all detailed plans and the price are agreed a purchase contract will be made.
   
   
5. Some time later all details for equipment, installations, interior and exterior design will fixed on the basis of the purchase contract in our design centre.
