Natural building material
 
All material will be checked scrupulously by our quality control. VARIO-HAUS only uses building material that considers all aspects of building biology and physics and confirms to the trend of healthy and natural living. Massive untreated wood and pure natural gypsum are able to balance out fluctuations in humidity. Untreated wood can absorb up to 90 percent of all air pollutants. Environmentally controlled insulation material and boards as part of the VARIO-HAUS walls offer excellent heat and noise insulation. The outside protection of the house is safeguarded by mineral plasterwork applied on the building site.

Even the state-of-the-art CAC-machine cannot replace the expert eye of the carpenter. More than 75 experts, technicians, carpenters and master builders guarantee the quality VARIO-HAUS promises its customers. Solidity, accurateness to measurement – also by means of laser measurements – the diligent handling of material, machines and tools constitute the basis of the quality of each house. This quality principle is a very convincing one, especially when customers take time to visit the plant and the production lines.
