Plant and Production
The VARIO-HAUS production site in Wiener Neustadt (Lower Austria) is one of the most advanced manufacturing facilities for prefabricated houses in Europe. At the current location, Ackergasse in the Industrial Zone East in Wiener Neustadt, the effective area comes up to 5,000 sqm and the operational area to 20,000 square meters. In addition there are approx. 700 square meters allocated to office space and a further 350 sqm to the customer design centre.
State-of-the-Art Production Machines
State of technology computer aided production machines guarantee precision by the millimetre and maximum quality of all prefabricated parts and components. What really counts is the exact 100-percent conversion rate by the production machines of the construction plans made by our CAD-system: Fitting accuracy of doors and windows, solidity and stability of the walls, air tightness of the structure and professional workmanship. All kinds of special requests can be realised on time and at a fair price by these machines: for example jutties one or two floors, conservatories, visible wooden trusses.
