Industrial timber frame construction
The manufacturing process takes place in one of the most modern prefabricated construction plants in Europe which offers a number of advantages: the prefabrication in the production halls is completely independent of any conditions and allows a precise and dry weather construction. State-of-the-art computer aided production machines guarantee precision and maximum quality of all prefabricated parts and components for walls and ceilings in air tight structure.
Customers can choose from a high number of prefabricated parts with excellent noise and heat insulation. Last but not least: the highly innovative timber frame construction offers our customers more net living area compared to the identical outside dimensions of the building.

VARIO-BAU offers individual planning and personal advisory service – whatever our customers request: residential homes, residential areas or terraced houses. The architectural and functional qualities have already convinced a large number of clients.
Customers can also choose from a variety of construction stages up to turn-key versions, building techniques, installations, decoration and equipment. The individual choice guarantees the necessary flexibility and know-how from the planning stage up to the function as general contractor. We build and erect best Austrian quality and have been awarded the European approval conformity (ETZ) in 1997.
